PLACING ORDERS

We accept AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.  Your orders are placed using our secure online shopping system.

We will accept checks or money orders. 

SALES TAX

Sales tax only applies to customers purchasing within the state of Georgia. 

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time for most orders is 8 - 10 business days.  Many of our items are custom, however, and will require 4-6 weeks for delivery.   Some of our products may be shipped directly from our distributors in order to save shipping cost.  Due to this, your order may come in separate shipments.  If there is an "urgent need" for shipping, please send us an e-mail and we will make every effort to expedite your order.

RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important to us!  We are working to be a life-long partner for you and your home and want to earn your trust for our products and service.

Damaged item - We will replace any damaged item at no cost to you, as long as we are notified within 5 days after the merchandise has been received.  Please e-mail us at tt@watersideinteriorshome.com.  If it is apparent that the packaging has been damaged upon receipt, it is best to refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.

Not satisfied -If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased, we will refund your money excluding the actual shipping and insurance fees incurred while shipping your package and a 10% restocking fee, if this is required by our vendor.  Please e-mail us prior to returning so that we can issue a Return Authorization form for you and offer as much information as possible for the reason for returning.  We have searched to offer only high quality products and your input is critical for us.  Please note that all merchandise is to be returned within 5 days of receipt.

Please note that any custom orders or personalized items cannot be returned.  Due to health regulations, some merchandise such as bedding, linens, comforters, towels, etc. cannot be returned if taken out of the original packing. 

CANCELED ORDERS

A 4% fee may be charged for any canceled order.  This fee is to recover the bank charge fees related to the transaction.  This fee will not apply to any returned merchandise or mercahndise a customer receives in damaged condition.
