Shipping Time

Every effort will be made to ship your items within 8 - 10 business days.  There are some items that are shipped directly from our vendors in order to avoid additional cost, so please note that this is an advantage in that it saves you time and money since they are not shipping it first to us and then us to you!  PLEASE NOTE that some of our items are custom or larger items and these may take 4 -6 weeks. 

We will contact you within 48 hrs. of your order via e-mail to give you all the information available re: shipping time.  IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL NEED TO HAVE AN ORDER EXPEDITED, please contact us via e-mail and we will make every effort to do this.  As our customer, you are very important to us, and we realize the urgency that sometimes accompany gifts, special occasions, etc.  Please let us know as much information as possible so that we can partner with you to meet your deadline.  There may be times when we cannot meet your time requirements due to our limitations with shipments from our vendors, but we will certainly let you know that as soon as possible.

Shipping Method

We utilize USPS, FedEx, and UPS for most shipments.  You can expect, however, that large items will be shipped via truck.  Every effort will be made to contact you to arrange delivery for these larger items.
